Terms of Service

Executive SummaryThese Terms govern your use of Auxelon, including our Autonomous WhatsApp AI, multi-channel bulk broadcasts (WhatsApp Meta Cloud API, SMS, Email), and CRM pipeline capabilities. By using Auxelon, you agree to comply with Meta Business Messaging Policies, commercial opt-in rules, and fair platform usage.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the Auxelon API, connecting a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), or dispatching broadcasts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between your enterprise entity and Auxelon Technologies Private Limited.

2. Enterprise WhatsApp & Meta Cloud API Compliance

Auxelon operates via official Meta Cloud API protocols. You agree that:

  • All outbound WhatsApp communications must have verifiable prior consent (opt-in) from recipients in compliance with Meta's Commercial Terms.
  • Outbound promotional messages outside Meta's 24-hour customer service window must utilize pre-approved WhatsApp message templates.
  • Transmitting unsolicited spam, deceptive claims, predatory lending, or prohibited content results in immediate workspace suspension.

3. Autonomous AI Auto-Reply & Generation Standards

Auxelon’s AI assistants summarize, classify, and reply to inbound queries based on your uploaded business knowledge base. While our platform enforces strict grounding to eliminate hallucinations, the customer account owner retains final editorial responsibility for business commitments generated through conversational AI.

4. Multi-Channel Bulk Broadcasting

Bulk broadcasting over WhatsApp, SMS, and Email is rate-limited according to your purchased tier. You warrant that all uploaded contact lists are scrubbed against national Do-Not-Call (DND) registries and honor recipient STOP / Opt-Out requests immediately.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Taxes

Auxelon plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay. All fees are exclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) or international taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your account billing console before the billing date.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Auxelon Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of third-party network outages (e.g. Meta Cloud API or telecom carrier delays).
