Auxelon is a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise platform providing WhatsApp CRM, autonomous AI replying, and multi-channel messaging software.

Because Auxelon is an entirely digital software product, no physical goods or hardware items are shipped. All software licenses, user workspaces, and API access are delivered electronically over the Internet.

2. Delivery Timeline & Account Activation

A. Instant Online Activation (Starter & Professional Plans)

Upon successful payment processing via Razorpay, your account workspace is provisioned immediately. You will receive an automated confirmation email with your direct login link and receipt within 5 minutes.

B. Enterprise Custom Onboarding

For Enterprise plans requiring dedicated Meta WhatsApp Business API number porting or custom webhook provisioning, our engineering team initiates configuration within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Proof of Delivery

Delivery of service is deemed complete upon:

Transmission of account activation credentials or login magic link to your registered email address.
Electronic delivery of your official GST-compliant tax invoice and payment confirmation.
