1. Information We Collect

We collect only information necessary to deliver enterprise CRM services:

• Account Credentials: Name, work email address, company name, and password hashes.
• Communication Records: Customer phone numbers, message content, delivery receipts, and timestamps processed through connected WhatsApp, SMS, and Email channels.
• Billing Information: Transaction identifiers, billing address, and GSTIN (processed securely via Razorpay). Auxelon never stores raw credit/debit card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Route, dispatch, and display incoming and outgoing customer messages across connected channels.
• Execute autonomous AI reply generation strictly based on your provided business knowledge documents.
• Prevent abusive spam behavior and enforce security access controls.

3. Zero AI Model Training Guarantee

Customer messages and uploaded documents processed through Auxelon are never utilized to train, retrain, or improve public or proprietary foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta). Your conversation data remains strictly isolated within your tenant boundary.

4. Data Security & Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Stored database records are protected by Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring strict multi-tenant isolation. Sensitive credentials such as Meta Cloud API system tokens and webhook signing keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Account owners retain full control over customer conversation records. You may export or permanently delete contacts, conversation threads, or entire account workspaces at any time from your account settings.
